The difference between a pro and a guy with a drill is what's holding it to the wall. I find the studs, and when there isn't one where you want it, I use toggles and anchors rated for the weight, not the plastic ones that came in the box.
We agree on the layout before I drill a single hole. Gallery walls, mirrors over the vanity, floating shelves that actually stay level, towel bars, toilet paper holders, wall hooks behind every door. I've done whole houses of this in a day.

Yes. All the anchors, toggles, and fasteners are included in the price. You supply the TV, mirror, or shelf.
On most interior walls I can run them behind the drywall with a rated in-wall kit. If it needs a new outlet behind the TV, that's a licensed electrician and I'll tell you up front.
Flat rate. You get a line-item price before I start, and that's what you pay. No hourly billing. If the scope changes once I'm in there, I stop and tell you before I do anything extra.
Most of the time, yes. Text a few photos to (321) 323-8047 or upload them through the estimate form and I'll send a number back, usually the same day. If I need to see it in person, there's a $100 trip fee, and it gets credited back if you hire me for the job.
