Fixture and fan swaps, done safe
I've been in Air Force power production since 2006, so I take wiring seriously. On a fixture or fan swap I check the box is rated for the weight, especially for fans, and I make sure every connection is tight. A loose neutral is how you get flickering lights and a burning smell.
I replace fixtures and fans on existing boxes and circuits, swap switches and outlets, put in GFCIs where they belong, and change out high bulbs and shop lights on tall ceilings. New circuits, panel work, and anything that needs a permit go to a licensed electrician, and I'll tell you that up front.
- Ceiling fan replacement
- Light fixture swaps
- Switches, dimmers, and outlets
- GFCI outlets
- High ceiling bulbs and shop lights
- Fan box upgrades where needed
★★★★★“Corrected an issue I would not have ever found. Great job and highly recommend him.”
