Palm Bay homes I work on
Palm Bay is the biggest city in Brevard and the homes run the whole range. Lots of block homes from the 80s and 90s on big lots, a ton of new construction out southeast, and plenty of rentals in between.
The older homes keep me busy with exterior doors that let light in around the frame, sliders that need new rollers, wood rot on the trim, and screens that have seen too many summers. The newer ones need the builder shortcuts fixed. Rentals need turnovers done fast so they're not sitting empty.
