Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, just call or text.

Pricing & Estimates

Before any work starts, you receive a line-item estimate with the full cost. That number doesn't change unless the scope changes — and if it does, we talk to you first. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
For jobs that require an in-person assessment before we can provide a flat-rate estimate, there is a $100 standard trip fee. If you proceed with the work, that $100 is credited toward the job total. If you have clear photos and a good description of the issue, many jobs can be estimated remotely with no trip fee.
Yes, for many jobs. Text clear photos to (321) 323-8047 or use our estimate form and upload images. If the scope is clear enough from photos, we can provide a flat-rate estimate without a site visit. We'll let you know if we need to come out first.
Emergency and same-day availability is offered when possible. Pricing may reflect the urgency of the request, but you will always see the full cost before we start. We don't surprise you after the fact.

Services & Scope

If you're not sure whether we cover something, just text us a photo.
We don't do work that requires a licensed contractor, structural engineering, or permitted construction. That includes HVAC, major electrical panel work, structural repairs, new construction, or anything that requires pulling a permit. We'll tell you upfront if something is outside our scope.
