How I Do It
Lit up, and down in January
I run your roofline, wrap the palms from the base up with even spacing, and put the whole thing on a timer. Clips go on the gutter or roof edge, no nails or staples in your fascia. In January I come back and take it all down.
Use your own lights and I'll test every strand on the driveway before it goes up, or lease mine for the season. Mine are commercial LED C9s with screw-in bulbs, so if one quits I swap the bulb instead of the whole strand. I also check the load on your outdoor outlets before anything gets plugged in.
- Roofline: single story front, up to about 75 ft. $350 with your lights, $640 with mine
- Curb Appeal: roofline plus 2 palms or trees and shrubs or walkway. $550 with your lights, $980 with mine
- Full Show: two story or whole house. Custom quote
- Install, timer, and January takedown included in every package
- Leased lights include one service call for the season
- Tile roofs and steep pitch quoted separately

Yes. January takedown is included in every package. If you leased my lights, they get coiled, labeled by side of the house, and stored in my shop for next year.
Yes. If you hung your own, I'll take them down in January, pull the clips, coil and label everything, and pack it back in your tote.
Flat rate. You get a line-item price before I start, and that's what you pay. No hourly billing. If the scope changes once I'm in there, I stop and tell you before I do anything extra.
Most of the time, yes. Text a few photos to (321) 323-8047 or upload them through the estimate form and I'll send a number back, usually the same day. If I need to see it in person, there's a $100 trip fee, and it gets credited back if you hire me for the job.
