Bunk beds, dressers, desks, cabinets, and anything else that came in a 140 pound box. Built in the room it stays in, and the old stuff hauled away if you want.
Flat-pack furniture is a weekend killer. I build it in the room where it's going, anchor tall pieces to the wall so they can't tip on the kids, and take the cardboard with me.
If you're replacing something, I'll break down the old furniture and haul it off in the same trip. On a recent job I took apart two old beds, hauled them out, and built a full-over-full bunk bed with storage and lights in the same room.

Yes, every time there are kids in the house. Tip-over straps go into a stud or a rated anchor.
Boxes and packing always leave with me. Old furniture haul away is priced into the job if you need it.
Flat rate. You get a line-item price before I start, and that's what you pay. No hourly billing. If the scope changes once I'm in there, I stop and tell you before I do anything extra.
Most of the time, yes. Text a few photos to (321) 323-8047 or upload them through the estimate form and I'll send a number back, usually the same day. If I need to see it in person, there's a $100 trip fee, and it gets credited back if you hire me for the job.
Yes. HoneyDone is a licensed handyman business in Brevard County with general liability insurance. Anything that needs a licensed plumber, electrician, or a permit, I'll tell you up front and point you to the right trade.
